By working with our clients through every stage of each project we are able to ensure that the services we believe in as a company are upheld. From the initial contact we will arrange a meeting to go over initial plans and details. This will be either on site or at our workshop office and showroom, in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. These meetings will hopefully be full of creativity and ideas. We will be looking to get a good understanding of the style, design and 'look' that a client has in mind.

 

After the first meeting we will endeaver to come up with an accurate quote for the work discussed along with detailed descriptions of every aspect of the work quoted for. We do not charge for site visits and quotes. We understand that it is sometimes a fairly long and arduous process before a decision is made on the right designer and company to go for, so we endeavor to make this stage as straight forward as we can.

 

Once a quote has been accepted we will re-visit the site to talk in more detail about the design and about any alternations that need to be made. On this visit we will check the working measurements of the room or rooms and imput these dimensions straight into the CAD software that we use. This ensures that there is no room for error once we come to finalising the design of the furniture.

 

A deposit is chargeable at this stage which is fully refundeable off the final invoice. This deposit covers the initial stages of the project where we will produce detailed working drawings for each room. We generally start the discussions on projects many months before they are due to be started so this also enables us to book definite installation and completion dates into the diary.
